Challenge
The anatomy lab team was failing to consistently document injuries and update OSHA 300 logs. Missed updates, delayed classifications, and confusion around reporting protocols were putting the school at risk of non-compliance and legal penalties.
Goal
Reduce OSHA compliance violations by ensuring accurate, timely injury reporting and record updates in the anatomy lab—without increasing administrative workload.
Solutions
A behavior analysis was conducted using Cathy Moore’s Action Mapping to isolate real-world decisions lab staff must make. A branching script was written, focusing on those critical decisions, layered with emotional and professional consequences to drive behavior change.
