Young staff in a fast-paced, high-risk fintech environment were unknowingly clicking malicious links, exposing the company to phishing attacks and compliance risks.

Goal

Enable employees at a fintech startup to identify and report phishing attempts before clicking, so the company avoids data breaches and financial loss.

Solution

Designed a story-driven training with realistic scenarios and branching decisions that reflect local workplace culture. Employees practiced making tough calls in a safe environment, building habits that prevent real-world phishing incidents.
